Nothing too strange here..... both bands are from the same time frame/era. Actually Creeps formed in 1997 and didn't look too much different then.

<font size="4" face="Arial">Well, if you want to be uber-technical, the Japanese Visual scene really kicked off with X back in the 80's. There is no doubt that The Creeps image is VERY similar to the Japanese Visual style, but that's not to say there is anything wrong with that, as there are hundreds of these bands, and have been thousands.

Original? No. But then again, Poison exploded back in mid-80's, and even at that time their look had been done millions of times. New bands all over the place look similar to old bands.
